Can I bring my own cooler or hard alcohol?
You’re welcome to bring a cooler of your own, however is not necessary as we include soda, water, coffee, and beer at no additional cost. We like to limit to no hard alcohol, please contact us with exceptions. We reserve the right to cut anyone off at any time for the safety for all passengers and crew.
When should I arrive for my trip?
We always suggest to arrive 30 minutes prior to your charter to allow for parking and check in.
What is required to reserve a charter date?
We required 50% of total charter price to reserve your date(s) for all charters. Any cancellation within 14 days will forfeit deposit. We will offer one reschedule if you are within 14 day window of your charter date.
How do I pay for a charter?
If you book your charter directly with us, we will invoice you over PayPal, all we need is your email address. You do not need a PayPal account to pay invoice. You need to pay 50% of total charter price to reserve your date(s) and you can pay the minimum amount due on the invoice at time of original invoice. You can pay the remaining balance of the invoice any time prior to departure.
At time of departure: if you would like to pay the remaining balance in cash, you may pay at the boat to the captain. If you need a receipt for cash payment, we will email you one on request. If you would like to pay the remaining balance with a debit or credit card, you can log on your phone and pay the remainder of the PayPal invoice. All balances must be paid in full prior to boat's departure.
What is your cancellation policy?

Is gratuity/tips included in charter price? what is recommended gratuity?
No, Prices do not cover gratuity. The crew works their upmost hardest to provide your charter and guests with the highest level of service at all times. On a six pack boat, your deckhand not only rigs and assists with fishing but also cooks all of your meals. If you ever have any issues with crew or suggestions on how we can improve service levels, please let your captain know or shoot us an email.
Recommended Gratuity: With anything, tipping is up to the customer's discretion. We suggest as a standard, 20% gratuity is in normal range for service.
Are California Fishing Licenses included in charter price?
No, Prices do not cover CA fishing licenses. Only charter types that require CA fishing Licenses are: Half Day, Lobster, and 3/4 Day Local.
What are the COVID protocols?
Due to COVID restrictions, we no longer provide bedding for our overnight and longer trips. Please bring blanket or sleeping bag and pillow. We also cannot provide any toiletries or towels. You will be required to wear a mask until we depart from port.
What should we bring with us?
We always suggest to bring a sweatshirt and/or light jacket, waterproof boots/shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and anti-seasickness medicine.
